AjouterI am a registered massage therapist with years of clinical experience supporting a wide range of clients and concerns. I work both therapeutically and intuitively to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support overall physical well-being.
I have a strong focus on working with expecting and new families through pregnancy and the postpartum period. I am certified as a birth and postpartum doula, VBAC certified, a perinatal educator, and a breastfeeding specialist.

I also offer support informed by my certification in prenatal massage and dynamic cupping, as well as infant massage teaching certification and ongoing training in hypnobirthing and perinatal education.
I am passionate about pregnancy, birth, and the transition into early parenthood, and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing workshops and professional development.
I work with a wide range of clients, from active individuals and athletes to those with more sedentary, desk-based lifestyles, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs and stage of life.
