He takes pride in the bike fit studio he built in his clinic with advanced technology and exercise equipment.
In addition to treating sports injuries, Adrian is also a seasoned manual therapist. He is passionate
and effective in addressing headaches, neck pain, and nerve pain. Some specific techniques he uses include acupuncture, the Mulligan Method, and Maitland manual therapy treatment.

This is the most premium Physio Bike Fit service, tailored to cyclists who are battling an injury or are riding in pain. The first session will include a thorough physiotherapy assessment. The second session will be the Physio Bike Fit, which is a separate booking. This is covered by most extended health plans. This session will take 75 minutes.
This is follow-up part of the Clinical Cycling Assessment. The bike fitting session will take approximately 90 minutes.
Offered at Giant Bicycle Halifax. This service includes collaborative goal-setting, intake of injuries, mobility and strength examination, Physio Bike Fit, and recommendations.
45-minute Follow-Up Session
For returning clients who had Physio Bike Fit within the past 12 months. The follow-up session is suitable for fine tuning the same bike, fitting a different bike or using the fitting bike for future purchases. The duration is 45-60 minutes. This is billed as a Physiotherapy Assessment and is covered by most private health benefits plans.
For musculoskeletal conditions such as shoulder, neck, headache, lower back and lower body injuries.
For clients who want to test various bikes before making a purchase decision: You can select three models/sizes/geometry and simulate the respective positions on the fitting bike. Video analysis will be used for an objective comparison. The session will take 60-75 minutes.
For mountain bikers, commuters, and recreational riders who have mild discomfort or want to improve positioning on their bikes. The session will include video analysis and necessary adjustments. The session will take 60-75 minutes. This is billed as a Physiotherapy Assessment and is covered by most private health benefits plans.
For cyclists who have mild discomfort or want to improve performance. Ideal for road and gravel riders. The session will include video analysis, cleat/shoe assessment, and necessary adjustments (cleat, saddle, bike). The session will take 80-100 minutes. This is billed as a Physiotherapy Assessment and is covered by most private health benefits plans.
For cyclists who have mild discomfort or want to improve performance. Ideal for triathlon, time trial or road/gravel bikes with aerobars. The session will include video analysis, cleat/shoe assessment, and necessary adjustments (cleat, saddle, bike). The session will take 90-110minutes. This is billed as a Physiotherapy Assessment and is covered by most private health benefits plans.
