Adrienne Dostie, RMT
AjouterAdrienne obtained her massage therapy diploma from ACMT in 2022 and her manual osteopathic therapist diploma from MOCC in 2025. She is registered with the CMMOTA for both massage therapy and manual osteopathic therapy. Adrienne has a strong interest in helping those with physically demanding jobs improve their body mechanics and muscular balance to perform their work more effectively. She enjoys preventing and addressing repetitive strain and fascial injuries that arise from occupational demands. Adrienne works closely with a personal trainer to expand her home care knowledge and provide effective exercise recommendations that yield lasting results. Her additional certifications include dynamic cupping and nerve flossing. Outside of work, Adrienne can often be found at the gym, spending time with friends, or diving into continued learning.
