Agnes graduated from the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy program from the University of Alberta. Agnes has a passion for pelvic floor rehabilitation and has been a pelvic floor physiotherapist since 2017. She has experience working with a variety of pelvic health conditions including urinary/fecal incontinence, prolapse, rectus diastasis, tailbone pain, and pelvic girdle pain (painful intercourse, endometriosis, vestibulodynia, vulvodynia, pregnancy related pain, prenatal care and post partum care). Agnes in trained in providing pelvic floor rehabilitation for all genders and is trained in pre and post gender re-affirming surgery care. Agnes is trained in both dry needling and anatomical acupuncture. Agnes is also taking courses in visceral mobilization through the Barral Institute. Agnes takes a holistic and client centered approach to treatment with an emphasis on an individualized treatment plan. Agnes is fluent in both English and Cantonese.

This is for first time patients that have undergone a total hip replacement or total knee replacement surgery. Your assessment date MUST be within 82 days of your surgery date as per AHS protocol. During this 30 min assessment, you will be seeing a physiotherapy to go through education, exercises, and what to expect for the remainder of your rehab program.
