Aileen is a compassionate massage therapist dedicated to providing a person-centred, holistic, and pragmatic evidence-based care in a comfortable and friendly environment and strives to create a space where one can relax and rejuvenate. Her approach focuses on supporting those who may be seeking relief from pain or discomfort, looking to improve their overall health and well-being, or just needing a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life.
In addition to her clinical practice, Aileen is deeply committed to supporting the massage therapy field in various ways. She’s currently balancing her practice with spending more time with her family, while also dedicating time to teaching at [Axiom Career College](https://www.axiomcareercollege.com/) and contributing to the improvement of educational standards with the [Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation (CMTCA)](https://www.cmtca.ca/). As a Board Member for the [Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS)](https://www.saskmassagetherapy.com/), she plays a role in evolving the profession and integrating it further into the healthcare system.
Aileen’s passion extends to research as well. She provides administrative support for the [Canadian Interdisciplinary Network for Complementary & Alternative Medicine Research (INCAM)](https://www.incamnetwork.ca/) and the [International Society for Traditional, Complementary & Integrative Medicine Research (ISCMR)](https://iscmr.org/) and assists with research for the [TCIM Lab](https://tcim.carleton.ca/) through the [University of Toronto](https://www.utoronto.ca/) and [Carleton University](https://carleton.ca/). Her diverse roles highlight her dedication to both her patients and the broader holistic healthcare, education & scientific community, showcasing her commitment to enhancing the field with kindness and expertise.

MyoSculpt Facial A targeted facial therapy focused on the muscular and lymphatic systems of the face. This treatment combines myofascial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and intra-oral buccal massage to release deep tension, reduce puffiness, improve facial tone, and support natural contour and lift.
15 min-$50 Clients are clothed during the treatment. Wear/bring comfortable/flexible clothing. No jeans please. The RAPID therapist palpates the tissues to evaluate texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Hypersensitive areas are treated with the combination of client movements and specifically applied pressure. RAPID can be uncomfortable. This happens due to the neurological system being stimulated to restore normal function.
30 min - $80 Clients are clothed during the treatment. Wear/bring comfortable/flexible clothing. No jeans please.
