Aimee is an advocate of a healthy and active lifestyle. In her free time, you can see her at the Club playing squash or participating in group classes like boxing, Pilates, and yoga. After a workout, she treats herself to the whirlpool, steam, and sauna which are conveniently just a few steps from her treatment room. She believes that in order to help her client's wellness, she needs to be active herself as well. Aimee is an avid hiker, loves long walks, grounding, sunbathing and practicing organic living.
