AjouterI have had a passion for helping others ever since I can remember. Sustaining injuries early on in childhood from motor vehicle accidents and sports activities I became exposed to natural alternatives for recovering and restoring balance in my body. Having felt the effective impact of massage therapy my interest in massage and passion for helping others aligned and I became educated as a Registered Massage Therapist. I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2014.
My practice focuses on women-centered care with an integrated approach combining massage therapy, body and breath awareness, patient education, and informed knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
