Hello and welcome to my page! As an RMT, I am grateful to be able to support people just like you with your health and wellness goals. Massage Therapy is not just a luxury or a treat, it is a treatment for many conditions of the body affecting the muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. It is also supportive of mental health and is an evidenced based treatment for anxiety depression.
Prior to pursuing a career in Massage Therapy, I worked for many years in brain injury rehabilitation and found that many of my clients found a real benefit in body work such as Massage Therapy. I have also worked in the field of mental health and have a degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University.

For returning clients only. A shorter duration massage for treatment of a specific region. Also a great option for infants and kids. Not recommended for adult full-body treatments.

This 60-minute treatment is for returning clients.
For first time or returning clients who would like a little extra time on the table.
For new and returning clients. Come and stay awhile! A lengthier treatment for those wishing to spend some extra time on the table.
A 30-minute appointment for little ones from ages 0-10. A parent is required throughout the treatment for ages 0-4 and is up to the child at ages 5-10.
This 75-minute initial assessment and treatment begins with a discussion of your health history and massage therapy goals, followed by some gentle non-invasive testing if required and finally your massage therapy treatment. If this is your first time booking with me, please book here.
