Alanna graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management at the University of Manitoba in 2017. She then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2019, and has completed additional training in Sports Massage.
Alanna has a special interest in using exercise-based therapy alongside manual techniques to create a thorough rehabilitation program. Alanna believes in order to create a successful treatment program, patients need to have an active role in their recovery which is why her practice has a strong emphasis on education and exercise interventions.
In her spare time, Alanna enjoys hiking with her dog, running, and spending time with family and friends.
