Alejandro is a Mindfulness Life Coach and yoga instructor dedicated to helping people heal physical trauma in the body through stretching, breathwork and mindfulness. He guides others in shifting from the mind into the body by combining Western mindfulness practices, rooted in self-compassion, with yogic pranayama meditations. His approach is further informed by my study of Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, a therapeutic method that helps uncover and heal trauma stored in the body. Breathwork, in particular, plays a vital role in this healing, allowing you to release deep-seated physical and emotional pain.
