Alessia’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that true health arises from harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Outside of her clinical practice, she is an avid nature enthusiast, often found tending her garden, hiking with her Dutch Shepherd, Luna, or foraging for medicinal and edible plants.
