A graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College, Alex combines a variety of techniques in her practice to provide the highest quality of care tailored to each client's needs. She has specialized training that include cupping and pelvic health manual therapy, ensuring a well-rounded approach to wellness!
Outside of her professional life, Alex is an avid traveler and enjoys staying active by playing rugby and basketball. She values good food and quality time with family and friends!
