Alex is a University of Toronto graduate with special interest in movement mechanics and personal exercise planning. His experience at UofT has enriched his approach to exercise as rehabilitation and gave him a broader perspective on how people move and heal.
Alex has a strong foundation in biomechanics and excels in designing thoughtful, evidence-based exercise programs that are both adaptable and practical. Whether supporting clients through injury recovery or helping them improve in their everyday lives, Alex focuses on building strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
Beyond his clinical work, Alex enjoys staying active, watching the Canucks, and continuing to grow as a movement professional.
