Alex completed his Athletic Therapy degree at Sheridan College before going on to earn his Master of Physical Therapy from Western University. He has a strong interest in working with individuals who are active at any level—whether they are experienced athletes or those just beginning their fitness journey and looking to move more confidently.
Alex’s treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with active rehabilitation and patient education. He focuses on creating individualized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals, with the goal of helping patients move more comfortably and get back to doing what they enjoy. With a background in both athletic therapy and physiotherapy, he has experience working with a wide range of populations, including athletes, individuals managing age-related changes, those recovering post-operatively and everything in between. He has also gained experience through clinical placements working with varsity athletes at the University of Toronto and within high-performance soccer environments, including Toronto FC, where he worked alongside clinicians supporting injury management and rehabilitation.
Alex is fluent in both English and Cantonese, and is able to provide care comfortably in either language. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys weightlifting, recreational Olympic lifts, enjoying movie nights and is a Canucks supporter.
