Alex is a graduate of Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy, and has been a Registered Massage Therapist with MTANS since 2017.
Alex is a deep, therapeutic RMT and is continually learning new techniques and modalities to further her knowledge and skill set to better care for her patients. She has certifications in cupping massage, TMJ massage, Gua Sha, and Trigger Point therapy, among others. Alex has experience working with a variety of populations including athletes, pre and post natal patients, MVA patients, paediatric patients as well as the general population. She thoroughly enjoys working with all populations, and finds joy in seeing the progress each patient makes.
Outside the clinic, you can find Alex spending time with her new baby, Maverick, and her partner Nathan. She enjoys playing a round of golf, watching reality tv, and watching sports with her little family. They are big Toronto Maple Leafs fans, and she is a big Buffalo Bills fan.

This is for new massage therapy clients of Pelvico Health Centre.
** Please use child's information to book the appointment. Recommended for children 0-pre crawling age. Learn massage techniques that can help soothe your child from concerns such as digestion, symptoms of colic, sleep or other concerns. Learn to help babies enjoy tummy time. You’ll head home feeling comfortable giving your baby general massages with supplemental information and guidance to take home. This treatment will be hands on for both the parent and massage therapist.
** Please use child's information to book the appointment. Choose this session if your baby has a specific concern or area of treatment, or if your child just wants to relax! Some common conditions we treat are birth trauma (c-section, vacuum, forceps, prematurity), symptoms associated with colic, digestion and torticollis. This session will be performed solely by Terri, RMT with parent’s informed consent and presence.
