Alexandra recently graduated from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program and is thrilled to begin her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. During her training, she honed her skills in a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and joint mobilizations, all of which she uses to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve relaxation.
With a focus on personalized care, Alexandra tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is particularly interested in post-concussion therapy and prenatal massage, and she plans to pursue certification in these areas to deepen her expertise and better serve her clients.
Before pursuing massage therapy, Alexandra worked as a sales associate in a furniture company and still currently as a makeup artist at Sephora, where she has developed excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. These experiences have helped her create a welcoming and comfortable environment for her clients, making each treatment both effective and relaxing.
