Alex Tam is a Registered Massage Therapist and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and the Massage Therapy Association of BC. He graduated from Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2021. During his time of study and practicum, he was lucky to have had passionate and experienced teachers from whom he learned anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, pathology, orthopedic assessment, neurology, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, cranial sacral therapy, visceral and Swedish massage techniques, which he continues to refine and implement in his practice.

This treatment is not recommended in cases of infection, or when swelling is related to active cancer complications, kidney failure, or other unmanaged systemic medical conditions.
