Alex graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy as a Registered Massage Therapist with highest academic honours and as valedictorian of the class. In 2019 he graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy and then went on to complete his thesis, which he defended in December of 2024.
Alex believes in an individual approach by tailoring his treatment specific to each patient. He embraces all aspects of massage, osteopathy and manual therapy possessing a variety of techniques to achieve patient goals. Alex is very passionate about both osteopathy and massage, believing that everyone can improve their quality of life through these techniques.

This is a reflexology treatment focusing on the hands.
Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones which are very smooth and retain heat. The massage is a combination of techniques with the hands and using the stones to massage. It is great for relaxation and pain and tightness in muscles. This massage is not recommended for those with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, open wounds/skin conditions or pregnant women.
This is a combination massage therapy with Indian head massage lasting 60 minutes.
This is a one hour subsequent visit for massage therapy.
