In 2009 Alexander successfully completed the massage therapy program at Everest College of Arts and Technology in Toronto. In 2010 Alexander enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) in Toronto to pursue the Diploma in Osteopathy (Manual Practice), where he successfully completed his Second Year of studies. After moving to Vancouver in June 2012, he became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Beautiful British Columbia and transferred to the Vancouver Campus of CCO, where he aspires to complete his studies in Osteopathy.
Alexander has experience in a wide range of treatment styles. Having had the opportunity to work in different environments, both in spa’s and wellness clinic’s, he is well versed in both relaxation treatments as well as more specific therapeutic treatments, which may include the development of a treatment plan and home care routines, depending on the needs of the patient. Alexander’s treatments may include Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, circulatory work (to improve blood circulation and drainage), therapeutic stretches (including PNF) and cranio-sacral therapy. With his recent pursuit in a degree in Osteopathy, Alexander has a deeper appreciation for the interconnection within the body as a whole. The principles of osteopathic medicine emphasize the interrelationship between structure and function of the body and recognize the body’s ability to heal itself; it is the role of the osteopathic practitioner to facilitate that process. One just needs to learn to hear the story of the patient’s body.
Alexander was born in Russia and raised in the Ukraine. He took judo for several years and at the end of high school he performed ten parachute jumps. After graduating from high school Alexander enrolled in the Ukrainian State Flight
Academy, graduating in 1998 as a commercial airplane pilot with a degree in engineering. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the opportunity to continue with his pilot career, first due to the difficult economical situation in Ukraine, and then because of his decision to move to Canada. In 2002 Alexander moved to Toronto, where he lived for 10 years. It took some time and effort to settle in Canada and to discover his new passion, Massage Therapy, and to turn it into a career. In 2012 he made the move from Toronto to Vancouver and now happily lives by the ocean with his girlfriend Carola. Alexander enjoys hiking and water sports and one of his biggest goals in life is to get his Canadian pilot license and fly over English Bay.

Hadado Intra-Oral Buccal Massage: Deep Facial Muscle Release Buccal massage is a specialized intraoral technique that targets deep facial muscles by working from both the outside and inside of the mouth. It helps release built up tension in the cheeks, jaw, and surrounding areas. It can help relieve headaches, reduce the effects of bruxism, and regulate the energy balance of the whole body. This approach is beneficial for those experiencing tightness from clenching, stress, or TMJ discomfort. By encouraging complete relaxation, buccal massage promotes a sense of comfort throughout the face and head.
