Alex is a dedicated and patient-focused physiotherapist who completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Queen’s University before earning his Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University on Australia’s Gold Coast, graduating in 2019. Since then, he has built a strong clinical foundation working in sports medicine settings and collaborating with athletes of all levels, including experience supporting the Stanford University women’s lacrosse team.
Alex’s treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise programming to help patients move better, recover effectively, and stay on track toward their goals. He is also trained in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation, allowing him to effectively treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and balance-related conditions.
Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys spending time on the golf course and relaxing at his cottage, embracing an active lifestyle that reflects the same balance and well-being he encourages in his patients.

Our paediatric physiotherapist meets with families at 3, 4.5, 6 and 8 months to help parents understand whether their little one is appropriately meeting their developmental needs, identify risk and give them the tools to help baby build healthy and functional movement patterns. These sessions are packed with fun and exploration for babies so they barely know they are being assessed as well as lots of educational and hands on practices for parents.
