Alexandra Désilets received her first diploma in Fitness and health promotion at Algonquin College in 2016. Her passion for movement and injury prevention lead her to pursue further education in the Intensive Massage therapy Program at Algonquin College, where she received her second diploma in 2020. During Alex’s schooling she acquired experience treating varsity athletes, sports injuries, prenatal, clients suffering with chronic pain or acute injuries, and helping clients with general physical discomforts. She believes it is important to incorporate exercise; strength training and mobility movement into her treatment plans to help better her clients into returning what they love to do most.

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a treatment consisting of assisted stretching techniques focused on targeting connective tissue, muscle tissue and joint movement. FST aims to enhance mobility, reduce stiffness and promote optimal function of the muscle and joints. *This treatment does not include sheets, so active wear is mandatory*
