Join us for a relaxed and supportive evening on women’s health, with a special focus on navigating perimenopause. This will be an informative, real-talk conversation with practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day life. Featuring Dr. Amy (chiropractor) sharing insights on stress, the nervous system, and regulation, Sarah Baillie, (Naturopath) speaking to hormonal health and natural support, and Kelly Call (therapist) exploring emotional wellbeing and mindset during this phase. There will be time for questions and connection. Open to Everyone.
