With a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation and Health Education from the University of Victoria, along with certifications as a **CrossFit Level 2 Trainer** and **CSEP Certified Personal Trainer**, Alex brings a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance. As the owner of CrossFit Zone, she has spent years coaching individuals of all ages and abilities, helping them move more efficiently while building strength that carries over into everyday life.
Alex works collaboratively with each client to develop personalized exercise programs that support recovery, improve mobility, and restore confidence after injury or periods of inactivity. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, returning to sport, or simply looking to move with greater ease, her approach is practical, encouraging, and tailored to your goals.
