Alexandra is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Elegance College in Cornwall, ON. After spending many years as a nationally ranked competitive swimmer, Alexandra recognizes first hand muscle fatigue and muscle strain. She understands the benefits massage therapy has to offer in treating muscle injuries created from a passion for sports. Alexandra’s first hand experiences with massage therapy guided her into this field of practice. She is passionate about helping her clients improve their overall well-being by focussing on rehabilitation, physical maintenance of the body, and on pain management. She is constantly striving to increase her knowledge and skills. Alexandra knows how essential massage therapy is for the body and is looking forward to treating you.

Postpartum breast care and lymphatic drainage can be used as a helpful tool to aid mothers who are suffering from issues while breastfeeding. Using superficial lymphatic techniques and taping, we help to clear blockages in the milk ducts that may result in stagnant milk flow, or lead to mastitis.
