Using a combination of adapted assisted stretches, subtle movement exercises, self massage/mobilization and the *ELDOA system. *Eldoa is an active form of body work developed from an Osteopathic perspective. The focus is on “decoaptation” of joints. The goal is to gain awareness and control of the various tensions throughout the gravity line in your body; developing greater ease of movement and therefore less pain.

The initial consultation involves discussing the patient’s health history, symptoms, and goals in order to create a therapeutic exercise plan. *NOTE: Once the treatment plan is established, a different practitioner will be performing the follow-up appointments until the final re-assessment with the physiotherapist.
