I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 2000. Since then, I have honed my practice to include Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Visceral Massage, Prenatal massage, MyoFascial massage and trigger-point release. I blend any combination of the modalities learned to create the most effective treatment outcome for you. Outside of my practice, I have discovered my love for yoga, meditation and doing anything outdoors.
