Alexis is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Education. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Alexis’s exercise background stemmed from a young age through various sports, weight lifting, and coaching athletes of all ages and abilities. Her personal journey and passion for coaching is what motivated her to pursue a career in health and exercise. Now, Alexis loves helping people realize what they are capable of, whether that be learning new skills, gaining strength, returning after an injury, or trying a new modality of movement. She believes that working with a personal trainer is an incredibly powerful tool to gain physical literacy, confidence, and empower you to live a healthier life. Through her dedication to her clients, her energy, and her passion for fitness and self-improvement, Alexis hopes to have a lasting impact on your health and wellness journey.

This session includes a Full Scan on our InBody machine showing you your body fat level, overall muscle mass, visceral fat levels, hydration etc. Plus a consult with me on Nutrition and Fitness to help you achieve your goals. This also includes a follow-up scan 4-6 weeks later. Let's get you in great shape!
