Alfred is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) committed to enhancing client well-being through personalized care. He has a focus on active release, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), helping clients with pain relief, injury recovery, mobility improvement, and athletic performance.
Fully licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, Alfred holds certifications in Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Graston Technique, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). His TPI certification focuses on optimizing golfers’ swing mechanics through the Body-Swing Connection™, while his Graston Technique training utilizes instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to treat scar tissue and mobility restrictions. His Fascial Stretch Therapy certification allows him to use assisted stretching techniques to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and overall movement quality. Alfred’s evidence-based, sports- and rehab-focused approach creates a supportive, goal-oriented environment for clients.
Whether helping golfers refine swing efficiency, athletes boost performance, or individuals recover from injury, Alfred designs effective treatment plans for lasting health. He stays current through ongoing training in sports massage, golf fitness, fascial mobility, and chronic pain management.
