I enjoy helping people improve how they feel and function, whether that’s reducing pain, improving movement and range of motion, or simply relaxing and managing stress. I work with clients from all backgrounds and tailor each treatment to individual needs. Before entering the healthcare field, I completed a degree in civil engineering in 2012, which helped me develop a strong analytical and problem-solving approach that now supports my use of evidence-informed care in clinical practice. My treatments may include therapeutic massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, stretching, and joint mobilization. I offer light, medium, and firm pressure based on your comfort and goals. Whether you’re dealing with muscle tension, headaches, postural discomfort, or recovering from injury, I look forward to helping you move and feel better. I also speak English and Farsi.
