Aliana is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. With a focus on Active Health and Rehabilitation, as a past team trainer for SFU Women’s Soccer team and research assistant at UBC’s Aging, Mobility and Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory, Aliana is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. She is experienced in designing personalized exercise programs and training protocols tailored to your specific needs whether it be for sports, rehabilitation, pilates, fitness and/or wellness. Aliana believes in building strong relationships, fostering trust and open communication to create a supportive and motivating environment. She is dedicated to helping her clients to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Aliana enjoys staying active with weight training and Pilates. On other days she’s loves going to brunch and visiting new cafes.
