Alicia is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She is passionate for helping individuals recover, move better, and perform at their best.
Treatments begin with an intake and targeted assessments, allowing Alicia to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each client’s goals and activities. Her approach incorporates techniques such as myofascial therapy, dynamic release and Swedish massage to reduce pain, improve mobility and support functional recovery. She believes the best outcomes occur when treatment is collaborative and encourages clients to take an active role in their recovery.
Alicia has experience working with a wide range of clients, including endurance and competitive athletes. She has provided care for participants of the BC Bike Race, helping athletes manage the physical demands of multi-day competition, optimize recovery, and maintain performance throughout the event.
Having personally experienced the benefits of massage therapy following injuries, Alicia brings both clinical training and lived insight to her work. Outside the clinic, she enjoys biking, skiing and exploring the local mountains with her dog.
