I offer Prenatal and Postnatal massage to ease tension and to help with relaxation and pain relief. Prenatal and Postnatal massage can help alleviate pain associated with pregnancy.
I strive to help people be at their best and get them back to doing the things they love. This fueled my drive to successfully graduate from 'Fitness and Health' with a personal training license and further completing the Massage Therapy program at Humber College.
Outside of the clinic I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, snowboarding, soccer, paddle boarding and anything new that I can try.
