SaveHi! I’m Alison, a Physiotherapist specializing in vestibular therapy, concussion management, pelvic health, and functional recovery. I take a whole-person approach to help clients reduce symptoms, restore confidence, and get back to the activities they love.
I treat concerns such as vertigo, dizziness, balance issues, headaches, neck pain, incontinence, pelvic pain, and symptoms following concussion. My treatment style blends education, hands-on care, exercise, and both internal and external pelvic techniques—always prioritizing comfort and meaningful progress.
My goal is simple: provide practical solutions, empower you along the way, and celebrate every step toward feeling and functioning better.
