Please note: This will be billed under Massage Therapy. This 30-minute treatment combines acupuncture and massage therapy to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support overall wellness. Your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will tailor the treatment to your individual needs, using a combination of hands-on massage techniques and acupuncture to address specific areas of concern. Acupuncture is performed by an RMT who has met the education and training requirements established by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is authorized to perform acupuncture within the scope of massage therapy practice. Services are provided by an RMT and are billed as Massage Therapy for insurance and reimbursement purposes.

Your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will begin by reviewing your health history, discussing your symptoms, concerns, and treatment goals, and performing an assessment to better understand your condition and determine the most appropriate course of care. Following the assessment, you will receive a personalized treatment that integrates acupuncture and massage therapy techniques based on your individual needs. Massage therapy may be used to address muscle tension, soft tissue restrictions, and mobility concerns, while acupuncture may be incorporated to help reduce pain, promote healing, improve circulation, and support the body's natural recovery processes. This appointment is ideal for new patients seeking care for acute or chronic pain, sports injuries, muscle tightness, stress-related conditions, headaches, and mobility restrictions. The assessment findings will be used to develop a customized treatment plan and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
