Allie was born and raised in the Red Deer area and completed both her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. While she treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, Allie has developed a special interest in pelvic health and is passionate about helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported in this often-overlooked area. This passion led her to complete her Level 1 pelvic floor training and begin incorporating pelvic health into her practice. Allie is committed to continually growing her knowledge in this field and providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care to those navigating pelvic floor concerns.
