I am a Nova Scotian turned BCite. I moved out for the mountains and outdoor sports. I am an outdoor enthusiast and I enjoy mountain biking (downhill and cross country), skate skiing, snowboarding, and trail running. I love the Okanagan because each season brings a new sport.
My specialty is manual therapy and using the Integrated Systems Model to figure out the root of a problem. I use that to ease discomfort and improve sports performance.
My goal is to ensure that my clientele can enjoy all that the Okanagan has to offer, whether walking the Rail Trail with grandkids or keeping up to their friends on a trail at Silverstar.
