Hi, I'm Allie and I'm a Registered Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. I offer a variety of treatments to support clients on their wellness journey. I completed the massage therapy program in 2022 and have since taken additional courses in pregnancy massage, vacuum cupping, tmj & facial massage, trigger point therapy and restorative and yin yoga.
