Allison holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University, where she completed an honors thesis in exercise physiology. She pursued her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, acquiring skills in nutritional counseling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, physical medicine, and supplementation. As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Alberta, Allison simplifies health journeys and develops practical daily practices tailored to her patients' long-term goals. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA).
