A graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology, Allison combines her clinical training with a holistic perspective on health. In addition to massage therapy, she is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, where she integrates movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to promote both physical and mental resilience.
