Allison completed her Masters of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, where she worked with the UBC Women’s Volleyball team as a student athletic trainer.
She has since completed her training in the following areas:
- Clinical Pilates (Calibrate)
- Pelvic Health Physio (Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 and 2)
- Functional Dry Needling (Level 1 and 2 by Acupuncture Canada)
- Fundamentals of Running Injuries 1.0 (The Running Clinic)
Allison is committed treating and assessing in a way that looks at your movement as a whole, empowering you to move with better function and quality. She utilizes education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling to create an individualized treatment and rehab plan to assist in achieving your goals. So whether it's a running assessment, perinatal & postpartum care, an ache that's been hanging around for too long, or a mix of it all, she's got you covered.
Outside of the clinic, Allison’s hobbies include recreational volleyball (indoor co-ed 6s, grass volleyball), going to the gym (when the stars align), spending time with her friends and family, and being a dog mom to her corgi, Chubs.
