Allyssa is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program. Since beginning practice in 2016, she has gained valuable experience working alongside other practitioners in multidisciplinary clinic settings, where she has developed a collaborative, patient-centred approach to care.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, recovery from activity, improved mobility, or support with pain and tension, Allyssa is committed to providing personalized treatments based on assessment findings and your individual treatment goals and needs. Her treatments may include techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, and relaxation-focused massage.
Outside of the clinic, Allyssa enjoys spending time in the beautiful Okanagan outdoors. Some of her favourite activities include snowboarding at Big White, paddleboarding, and hiking with her dog.
