My name is Alvin, and I'm excited to be part of your health and fitness team. My first time being in a gym was back in grade 11 for a personal fitness course. Little did I know that lifting weights and working out would become a major aspect of my life. Currently, I'm training with the focus of gaining strength and size to hopefully compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting one day. In the meantime, I look forward to joining others along their fitness journey and helping them achieve their goals!
