Alyson graduated with honours from Mohawk College’s Massage therapy program in 2024. Throughout her studies, Alyson gained experience in a variety of different areas including athletics, injury recovery, relaxation, chronic pain, and geriatrics.
Alyson’s interest in health began from a young age being heavily involved in sports, and later picked up strength training. As an athlete, she quickly learned the importance of maintaining ones health, as well as the different avenues of recovery within the injury healing process and the role that massage therapy can play within these areas.
Using a combination of hands-on therapy, at-home exercises, and client education, Alyson creates treatments tailored to one’s individual needs in order to create positive outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Alyson enjoys going on walks, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
