Alyssa (Ally) uses a combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques to address chronic or acute pain or tension. She has been a practicing RMT since 2018, when she received her Massage Therapy diploma from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s Grande Prairie campus. Ally has passionately pursued continuing education, and has taken the following additional modality courses: Dynamic cupping, Pregnancy and post-natal massage, Kinetic massage therapy (incorporating joint movement), Fascial decompression, RAPID Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core, Therapeutic hot stone massage, Jade stone massage, Oncology massage. Ally loves to create a relaxing and healing environment for each individual client by addressing each person’s preferences for warmth, music, and talking or silence.
