Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a term used to describe the effects your Therapist will have on your Lymphatic System. Through various techniques and incredibly feather-light touch, your Therapist will be able to stimulate your Lymph fluid by encouraging the Lymph Node collections sites to continue working optimally, thus reducing any edema present and eliminating toxins through the Lymphatic System.

Craniosacral Therapy is the manipulation of cranial and fascial bones, as well as the manipulation of Cerebrospinal fluid through incredibly light touch. Your Therapist will work with your head, spine and hips to achieve ultimate balance and function with your axial skeleton and its contents. Cranial nerves are also assessed and treated if necessary. This service is great for anyone feeling like they have a mind-body disconnect, chronic headaches and migraines, unavoidable low back, hip or neck pain and post-concussion syndrome as well!
