I was born and raised in Kamloops and have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018.
*I aim to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support their overall physical wellbeing.*
Every session is tailored to support your body’s function and recovery, whether you are managing an ongoing condition, recovering from an injury, or maintaining your health as part of a proactive care plan.
My treatments include a mix of moderate to deep pressure and techniques like Swedish, Myofascial Release, and IASTM. I’ve also taken additional training in chronic pain management and like to keep up with new research so I can bring the most helpful tools to my clients.
I work best with people who want to understand their bodies, feel better in their day-to-day lives, and are ready to make their health a priority.

Intra-oral buccal massage is provided to access a greater depth helping to relax and release tension, reducing chronic pain and discomfort caused by clenching, teeth grinding, and stress. Includes hot towels and complimentary aroma to be used during service.
Indulge in a rejuvenating face massage that focuses on lifting and sculpting the muscles on your jaw, face and neck. Reducing asymmetry, saggy jowls, and fine lines and wrinkles. Intra-oral buccal massage is provided to access a greater depth helping to relax and release tension, reducing chronic pain held within the face and jaw. This also helps restructure, sculpt and redefine the jawline and cheekbone to create a chiseled effect. This soothing session interweaves Face & Buccal massage, Lymphatic drainage techniques, Facial cupping and Gua Sha. All helping to detoxify, reduce fluid retention, invigorate blood flow, and relieve muscle tension. A beautiful ritual leaving you grounded and glowing.
