After experiencing birth & post partum with my first child I was left wondering if I had done it "right"? I began reading and educating myself on everything I could to prepare my body and mind to heal and prepare for my second pregnancy. It was during this time that I found my passion - supporting birthing people and their families and celebrating the transition to parenthood.
Although I am no longer an active doula attending births, I am still very connected to the birth community. I am lucky to have the opportunity to connect with new families through facilitating Rebirth's Childbirth Education Workshops. Sharing knowledge and experiences to both educate and empower birthing people is something I am very passionate about.
I believe that knowledge is power and support is key in so much of what we do in our birth journey.
