Every session with Alyssa begins with a conversation to determine goals and set expectations. Her treatments typically begin with compressions, skin stretch, and fascial work to allow the nervous system to adjust and assess what needs attention.
Her pressure starts light and gradually builds to be moderate and engaging. She often utilizes heat, aromatherapy, and incorporates full-body elements while maintaining a slow, flowing pace to emphasize overall relaxation, even when addressing specific, targeted areas.
Alyssa’s treatments are guided by intuition and education, but she views massage as a collaborative experience. She relies on open communication, feedback, body cues, and personal connection to help her clients feel informed and comfortable.
