This 90 minute therapeutic massage provides the time needed for a thorough assessment and treatment. Ideal to address multiple areas of focus, chronic pain, complex conditions and injury recovery. This treatment may include deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic stretching to reduce pain, restore function, and improve mobility. This appointment length supports comprehensive treatment planning and is well-suited for clients requiring more in-depth or ongoing care.

This 60 min treatment will focus on the neck, head, face, and jaw to relieve lymph build up, fascial restrictions and tension. RMT will also work intra-orally to help with TMJ dysfunction and headaches.
