Amanda has received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from the University of British Columbia in 2009. She has been a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists since 2009. She has vast experience working with people of all ages and abilities. She has a passion for active rehabilitation involving soft-tissue injuries, chronic pain, work hardening programs, GRTW programs, and strength and conditioning. Amanda strives to make her clients feels comfortable in a fitness center setting. When Amanda is not in the gym, you can find her hiking in the mountains, cycling, or challenging her friends and family to board games.
